In case you don’t already know: A Six Sigma Green Belt serves as a specially trained team member within her function-specific area of the organization. A Green Belt works on small, carefully defined Six Sigma projects using enhanced problem-solving skills, including an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model.
