I am now almost 3 months post October 21st eye surgery, which was performed by Dr. John D. Pitcher III. Dr. Pitcher removed an epiretinal membrane from my right eye, and he also performed a vitrectomy on the same eye. Throughout my appointments and leading up to surgery day, Dr. Pitcher has been professional, thorough, and informative as to the various treatment options. As one might expect, I was very anxious about the surgery and it was reassuring to speak with Dr. Pitcher before and after the surgery. Dr. Pitcher and his team, along with the staff at the ABQ Amb. Eye Surgery Ctr. were great. Both teams worked together to make the surgery go smoothly and to ease my anxiety about the surgery.
